The NSW Futsal Association is proud to announce the Level o Futsal Referee Exam is now online!
The online exam is an entry level exam for any person wishing to become a Futsal Referee. After successful completion the user will be able to print out their NSW Futsal Referee Certificate.
We highly recommend reading over the Futsal Laws of the Game which can found through Google.
The NSW Futsal Association together with the Sydney Academy of Sport will be holding the Talented Athlete Program (TAP).
Now in its fourth year, the program is designed to assist young athletes in the development of skills specific to their chosen sport through an intensive camp environment and is part of a long running partnership between the NSW Department of Education, NSW Office of Sport and various State Sporting Organisations.
The following age groups will take place on the following dates:
August 10 to 12 – U11/12 Girls & U13/14 Girls
August 24 to 26 – U11/12 Boys
September 21 to 23 – U13/14 Boys
The program will include intensive skill development and tactical play delivered by highly experienced and qualified Futsal Coaches. This year we are pleased to announce Nicoletta Sergiano as Head Coach for the camp. Nicoletta is a UEFA (FIFA), FIGC and AIAC qualified and recognized Futsal coach with a wealth of international experience.
The program will also include nutrition, recovery and core strength sessions delivered by Sydney Academy sports scientists.
From this camp, players will have the opportunity to be invited to represent the NSW Futsal Association at an interstate challenge and tour overseas to Italy or Barcelona to further enhance their skills.

The New South Wales Futsal Association (NSWFA) is proud to announce its fourth instalment of the State Futsal League (SFL) 2015.
The NSWFA is taking expressions of interests for clubs/teams who would like to enter this year’s SFL.
The SFL will feature the following age groups:
– Youth Men (U20)
– Open Ladies
– Open Men
A club/team does not have to enter a team across all 3 age groups. However any club/team who do enter teams in all 3 age groups will be included in the Club Championship.
The SFL will look to kick off in October and played on Sunday’s. Venues, times and costs are to be confirmed once teams are registered. Last year’s SFL was played at Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush across 6 weeks.

The State Futsal League (SFL) Final Series was played at Warriewood – Northern Beaches Indoor Sports Centre on December 8th with a few upsets in finals!

Applications for State Coaching positions are to be submitted to NSW Futsal Association with details of coaching credentials and experience.
All appointed coaches will be subject to “WORKING WITH CHILDREN” checks.
Please submit your application to info@futsalnsw.com.au nominating the region and the age group you are interested in coaching.
The NSW Futsal Association supplies referees to its various affiliates. Along with supplying referees, the NSW Futsal Association also holds referee courses for people who are interested in becoming a certified Futsal referee.
The NSW Futsal Association can also supply referees for your special event whether it be business, school or recreational purposes.
If you are already a futsal referee the NSW Futsal Association may have an affiliate in your area and can possibly get you refereeing.

The NSW Futsal Association in partnership with Northern NSW Futsal are proud to announce the State Futsal League (SFL) for 2013.
Age groups for this years competitions are Mens, Ladies, Youth Men, U17 Girls and U16 Girls with a look to including more age groups in next year’s edition. Clubs competiting include Southern Districts, Illawarra, Hunter Strikers, Central Coast Southern Cross and Northern Beaches Breakers.
Each State winner from each Age Group will compete in a National Premier League Champions of Champions in June next year in Sydney.
